Lasting, sustainable change takes planning and time to establish. I am here for you every step of the way.

Before our Discovery Session:
You’ll be asked to complete a detailed pre-assessment form. Please provide as much information as possible to help us get started.

Between the Discovery and Action Planning Sessions:
I’ll be researching specific areas, gathering recommendations, and prioritising potential changes to help you achieve meaningful results as quickly as possible.

Action Planning Session:
Together, we’ll review and refine my recommendations to ensure they’re realistic and achievable for you.

Follow-Up Sessions:
These sessions give us time to address any challenges, overcome resistance or blocks, and fine-tune your personalised health blueprint, so these positive changes become sustainable and truly fulfilling.

Other Information:
All sessions are conducted via Zoom video calls, or in-person if preferred and realistic for both parties.
The work I do is goverened by the parameters of the UKIHCA Scope of Practice for Health Coaches.
I am covered with full professional liability insurance. Policy Schedule available on request.
